Automotive Roadshow

Ice were engaged to provide a core, pool team of 10 event support staff for a nationwide customer service roadshow. The team were booked to represent KTS Events and a major automotive brand. The event would run weekly from January until the end of November 2012, visiting the entire automotive retailer network throughout the UK. This event comprised of over 300 staffing and travel dates.Team duties included: Preparation of the roadshow rig (assisting with cleaning, placing literature, preparing refreshments) meeting and greeting and registering guests, serving refreshments and reordering stock. The team were also required to report in with guest attendance lists
