Doubletree by Hilton

EGI Live agency and Doubletree by Hilton required a promotional team of 2 – 4 staff per location to promote the Doubletree by Hilton brand at Luna outdoor cinema events throughout the UK. The team are booked for a total of 122 event dates (238 staffing days) visiting 56 venues from May 23 – October 3, 2015

Duties include meeting and greeting visitors (ensuring each person receives a warm giant cookie) directing guests to a competition and VIP area and assisting with set up and de-rig preparations
