UPS Olympics 2012

ICE supply a team to support BI WORLDWIDE and UPS during The Olympics London 2012. The team were to assist with meet & greet, coach dispatching and guest registration. It was requested that the team be as flexible as possible during The Games. Although an outline of hours and duties were allocated pre event the team had to be supportive where necessary and work any required overtime as and when it became necessary. Our brief was to ensure guests experienced a pleasant, professional and smooth welcome and visit to London and The Olympic Games
